Leopard has been everywhere this year as part of the animal print trend. Shoes, belts, bags, apparel, boots, bathing suits, you name it!! This trend comes and goes (as any trend does) but there is something about leopard accents that I love and think it will stick for a while.
I love how adding one leopard accessory to the all-black outfit can completely change the outfit as a whole and is so easy to do. It goes well with neutrals like black, beige, and white or bright pops of color.
I put together this post with one of my favorite skirts. I adore leopard midi skirts as you can dress it up or down. You can put this skirt with a simple white-tee tucked in a a pair of fashion sneakers for a casual day-to-day look. Or you can add a pair of pumps and a black top for a more dressy occasion.
And now a little bit about midi skirts. They are so comfortable. I am all about dresses and skirts but midi length is a great length even though it might not be as common in people's wardrobes. As much as I love a good maxi dress or skirt, it often hits the ground and can drag when you walk around so you have to be mindful with where you can where your maxi to. I also love a good mini skirt but those ride up and your often have to be conscious about it. Aaaannnndd this is why the midi skirt is perfect because it's comfortable for any occasion. If you consider it an awkward length, I think it's a total misconception in our heads. So next time you are shopping give a leopard print item a try or try on a midi skirt if you never have before and see what you think! :)
